Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Password and Access Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your 529 account password and login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with others. Any activity on your account is considered your responsibility unless unauthorized access is reported to us immediately.

Platform Usage Responsibilities and Rules
529 platform users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission from 529.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, account manipulation, or attempts to exploit platform system vulnerabilities.
- Opening multiple accounts to gain bonuses or unfair advantages.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Distributing obscene, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content under Malaysian law through any platform communication channel.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform’s servers, network, or security systems.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and appropriate legal action under applicable Malaysian laws.
Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 529 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and owned by themselves. 529 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of other users.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for deposits, except in special cases requiring additional verification. Processing times depend on the chosen method and may be subject to internal compliance checks before funds are released.
529 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request suspected of fraud, terms violation, or suspicious activity. In such cases, users will be notified and may be required to provide supporting documentation for verification purposes.
Any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by authorities or financial institutions on users related to platform transactions are the sole responsibility of the users.
Liability Limits and Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the 529 platform—including logos, interface designs, graphics, text, game software, and marketing materials—is the exclusive property of 529 or its licensed owners. Users are granted no rights to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of 529 logos or brand names for commercial or personal purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Account Suspension, Amendments, and Applicable Law

529 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable causes, including violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or upon request from authorized authorities. In confirmed fraud cases, 529 may withhold related balances in accordance with applicable laws.

The 529 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game software providers and payment processors. 529 is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.
Amendments to These Terms

Continued platform use after changes signifies acceptance of the amended terms.
Applicable Law
